Rita Naadei Nikoi Adzakey
Rita holds a bachelors’ degree in Human Resource from the Methodist University College. She has over 20 years work experience in office management and administration as well as human resources. Prior to joining TFHO, she worked as the Human Resource and Operations Specialist at Grameen Foundation USA. In her spare time, she loves to try out new recipes.
Isaac Ndaya
Senior Sales & Distribution Manager
Isaac is a Sales Strategist with over 14 years of experience in sales, and sales leadership, portfolio management, general management, channel development, and supply chain management.
He has worked extensively in Pharmaceutical manufacturing, telecoms, and the development sectors in various capacities. Isaac joined TFHO from Population Services International where he worked as the Sales and Distribution Manager and head of the Sales Unit of PSI. As the Senior Sales & Distribution Manager, Isaac is responsible for ensuring high level last-mile reach for all TFHO products that will make high social and health impact for the greater good of Ghanaians whilst delivering value to the donor. His goal is to see TFHO become self-sustainable in delivering social and health impact for the greater good of Ghanaians.

She has been a Research enthusiast for 5 years and worked with the School of Public Health, University of Ghana, on projects such as Size Estimation for Key Populations funded by Ghana Aids Commission and Adolescent Health After Abortion funded by WHO.
