Who We Are

Total Family Health Organisation (TFHO) is a Ghanaian local non-profit, non-governmental social marketing organization working to improve the health of people throughout Ghana. Founded in February 2017, TFHO has redefined the scope of local NGOs in Ghana. In these few years of our existence, we have leveraged on our local team who greatly understands the local health issues and priorities to improve measurable access to essential health information, services and commodities, shaped health market systems, and influence policy change in Ghana

With health as our passion, we collaborate with governments, INGOs, local NGOs, private sector, communities in diverse ways to promote healthy living among people living in Ghana. We use our knowledge in social behavior change communications, provider behavior change, health markets development, social marketing, and last-mile distribution, private sector engagements to solve local health issues around the country.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to be a truly Ghanaian organisation that works to improve the health of people primarily through the social marketing of health products and services as well as health communications in a measurable and impactful way.

Our Vision

TFHO will enhance its position of achieving the greatest possible beneficial health impact, in both scope and quality, through social marketing, including the distribution of needed health products and motivating healthy behaviour. Our focus will be on implementing activities that have both social and health impact by maximizing cost efficiencies. TFHO will combine entrepreneurial spirit with social mission and will seek to establish partnerships with the objective of strengthening these productive linkages.

TFHO has a wealth of experience in social marketing, using evidence-based research to design, implement and measure its interventions. Since our inception, TFHO has worked with several donors and multilateral agencies including USAID, JHPIEGO, Lixil, Archipel & Co. and PSI.TFHO is poised to bring its experience in managing private and public sector programs.
