Role Description This is a contract role for a Consultant, Expansion Strategy at TFHO. The Consultant will be responsible for leading initiatives and providing strategic guidance for the organization’s expansion efforts. The Consultant will play a pivotal role in advancing TFHO's mission by developing and executing strategies to expand TFHO's presence in Ghana and potentially the broader West Africa region. This includes but is not limited to identifying new health areas for intervention, diversifying funding sources beyond USAID, and providing guidance on the management and governance structure for TFHO's dual workstreams, which include both donor-driven business and social enterprise initiatives. Additionally, the Consultant will be responsible for monitoring emerging trends and technologies relevant to TFHO's objectives. They will be required to work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, create implementation plans, and manage the execution of projects while ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines and key performance indicators (KPIs).
