ABOUT TFHO

Total Family Health Organisation (TFHO) is a non-profit Ghanaian social marketing organisation working to improve the health of Ghanaians and promoting healthy behaviours through the social marketing of health products and services across Ghana.

OBJECTIVE

TFHO invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from suitable, qualified, and duly registered vendors in Ghana for the purpose of establishing a pre-qualified vendor database in the following categories:

All interested applicants must provide copies of the following minimum documents with their EOIs:

  1. Certificate of incorporation
  2. Business registration certificate
  3. VAT registration certificate, if applicable
  4. Most recent SSNIT clearance certificate c
  5. Most recent Tax clearance certificate
  6. At least three (3) references

Acceptance of your proposal(s) and any subsequent contract are subject to the TFHO’s terms and conditions for provision of Goods and Services. Any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
